SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

Every order is processed with care. Most items are dispatched within 1 business day of purchase. Since much of our inventory is one-of-a-kind vintage, we double-check each piece before it leaves our hands to make sure it matches its listing exactly.

Shipping Methods

Orders within Europe are shipped via DHL. Orders outside of Europe are shipped via PostNL's domestic delivery service. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package the entire way.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your destination and local customs processing. As a general guide, orders within Europe typically arrive within a few business days of dispatch, while international orders outside Europe may take longer due to customs clearance in the destination country.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside of the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
